A special gusset system that holds all mitres together
An alloy gusset is pressed into each corner and clamped together. It is then filled with a special resin that gives it immense strength. This system gives the advantage of absolutely no screw fixings holding the joints together, meaning no possibility of unnecessary leaks forming.
Seal System
The Thermal Series features a triple seal system; an inner seal, an outer seal and also a mid seal. This triple seal feature allows minimal air filtration through the openings.
Thermal Bar
Having a thermal bar inserted into the aluminium joinery allows the ability to have a different colour on the outside as opposed to the inside.
Better Insulation
Thermal properties are substantially increased giving better insulation, allowing the inside temperature to stay warmer in winter and cooler in summer.
Less Condensation
There is an immense decrease in condensation forming on the aluminium, giving you a much dryer home.
